WOULD YOU LIKE HALOTHERAPY TRAINING?

WE PROVIDE YOUR TRAINING

Respiratory and skin conditions, together with stress caused by current living conditions and the pollutants and allergens to which we are exposed, are becoming increasingly widespread worldwide, particularly among people living in large cities.

It is therefore advisable, alongside generally accepted scientific and traditional methods, to use complementary, non-pharmacological techniques such as halotherapy to increase our wellbeing and quality of life.

Halotherapy

It is very important to plan all the necessary elements before starting to build a salt cave, carrying out technical calculations to select the right equipment to recreate the microclimate of a natural salt cave as effectively as possible.

A very wide range of equipment is available on the market, with different prices and features (halogenerators, climate-control systems, active and passive ventilation, positive-pressure systems and more). We must be well informed to identify which will best meet our needs.

Choosing the right equipment, installing it and then synchronising it will enable us to provide controlled halotherapy of the highest quality in these salt caves, even exceeding the standard concentrations available in natural salt caves.

These concentrations will be uniform and stable throughout the cave, always meeting international safety standards for use with halotherapy clients.

Every project must be studied and adapted to each centre’s individual needs, whether as a standalone activity or as a complement to clinics, spas, gyms, resorts, wellbeing centres and more.

Salt caves can vary greatly in size, from a minimum of 5 m² to rooms of 50 m².

A wide variety of interior materials can be used, including sprayed salt, movable, fixed or semi-fixed backlit salt bricks, sandstone, slate, wood and backlit vinyl, creating different decorative settings.

Halotherapy can only be provided by projecting micronised rock salt into the air of a specially adapted room. The halogenerator is the only device capable of doing this, recreating the microclimate of a natural salt cave.

The halogenerator provides a flow of clean, dry, saturated air, dispersing negatively charged sodium chloride microparticles in the halotherapy room. This negative charge prevents the particles from clumping, maintaining their small size and facilitating penetration.

Halotherapy rooms may have salt as a decorative element on their walls and floors, but one thing must be clear:

THERE IS NO HALOTHERAPY WITHOUT A HALOGENERATOR.

The halogenerator contains a microprocessor that controls particle levels in the room and maintains a constant sodium chloride concentration.

The halogenerator produces a sodium chloride cloud at different concentrations, containing many microparticles between 1 and 5 μm in size.

The particle size must be optimal to penetrate all sections of the respiratory tract and the skin.

The programmed climate-control system inside the cave also maintains a constant temperature and relative humidity, unlike salt mines and caves where these cannot be controlled, achieving more effective results from the technique in less time.

This environment has stable humidity (37–55% relative air humidity) and a stable air temperature (22–26 °C).

These parameters create stable, comfortable conditions for clients and help maintain aerosol stability.

Halotherapy promotes wellbeing and improved quality of life. Inhaling micronised salt improves ventilation and rest.

Enter a different world where you can say:

BREATHE SALT, BREATHE HEALTH.

Halotherapy
a growing sector.

Take Your Business to the Next Level with Halotherapy

Although halotherapy dates back to 1841, it remains a completely new, constantly evolving sector experiencing strong growth in the commercial wellbeing sector.

It is a unique, underexploited opportunity, with very few centres geographically in relation to the population that could benefit from its potential.

This makes it very attractive to enter this field and integrate it into centres offering other alternative therapies.

  • This activity DOES NOT REQUIRE A SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION: there is no need to be a doctor, pharmacist or physiotherapist, or to hold a university degree.

  • It provides a unique, efficient natural approach for respiratory, skin or nervous-system problems.
  • The incidence of respiratory conditions (asthma, allergies, smoking-related problems, pollutants and more) has been increasing in recent years, and society as a whole is becoming aware of this.
  • A broad range of clients seeking natural support.
  • No geographical saturation of competing centres.
  • Profitable implementation and operation alongside other wellbeing or physical rehabilitation businesses (cross-selling), such as massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, skincare, yoga and more.
  • Room designs can be adapted to the available space and requirements of the premises.
  • Low operating costs (it can be run by one person).
  • Profitable (10–12 people can attend a session at the same time).
  • No physical contact with the client is required.

The costs of maintaining the activity are low.

Fixed costs and low staffing requirements make this a PROFITABLE business.

What kind of
premises do I need?

Location is fundamental when choosing premises.

Look for premises on secondary streets parallel to the main street, as rent will always be cheaper.

  • A minimum floor area of 100 m².
  • Avoid unfinished premises to minimise and reduce the cost of building work.
  • Accessibility: street-level access without architectural barriers for people with reduced mobility.
  • The area should have one or more public car parks and plenty of passing traffic able to see your salt cave sign.
  • Close to nurseries, schools and gyms.
  • Free from damp.
  • Check the water and electrical installations.
For more information about the number and size of salt caves, click the following button.

Salt Caves
How Many?

We always recommend having two salt caves within the premises.

  • One salt cave for children.
  • One for adults.

The reason for having two caves is that children are more active and have different psychological and emotional needs from adults, who often visit salt caves purely for relaxation.

Salt Caves
Size.

The size of the caves will depend on the size of the premises.

The maximum recommended size is 50 m², as a larger room would require two halogenerators to achieve optimal salt aerosol concentrations.

As a rule, allow 2 m² per client inside each salt cave, with a little extra room for comfort.

For children, salt caves of at least 15 m² are recommended; for adults, no less than 20 m².

If you want to offer haloyoga or another activity within the cave, start with a minimum floor area of 30 m².

Training
and Its Importance.

Respiratory and skin conditions, together with stress caused by current living conditions and the pollutants and allergens to which we are exposed, are becoming increasingly widespread worldwide, particularly among people living in large cities.

Halotherapy does not require a specific qualification, but training in the technique is essential because our clients are not inanimate objects such as bricks or furniture.

We must value the trust and lives of the people who place themselves in our hands for help.

Would you like someone without training to play with your life?

A halotherapy centre sees many clients every day, and each person has different needs.

It is not a matter of pressing buttons at random without knowing what we are doing or why.

Good training gives us confidence and expertise, distinguishing our results from those of competitors.

The halogenerator is the cornerstone of the salt cave.

Its function is to micronise rock salt and project it into the cave, forming salt aerosol clouds at different concentrations.

Each salt room is independent and has its own halogenerator.

Our equipment offers 9 different programmes depending on the objectives we wish to achieve.
